At Collective Shoes, we want you to feel confident in every step you take, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
